- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of purchase date for U.S orders
- Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
- Merchandise must have all tags, including any Heart Boutique tags.
- Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" or "Sale" cannot be returned.
- Accessories cannot be returned.
- All intimate items are non returnable.
Our return policy is 14 days U.S, from date of purchase. All merchandise must be in original condition with tags still attached. Please allow 24-72 hours for return processing. Please include your original invoice in the return package, so we may accurately process the return. All returns will be STORE CREDIT ONLY, except for shipping cost (shipping is at the customers own expense). All returned merchandise shipped is at the customers own expense.

- ALL Shipping within the U.S.A are free.
- ALL Shipping is Standard Ground Shipping at the time. (Please allow 2-7 business days to receive your order)

- Heart Boutique is not responsible for extra shipping charges including but not limited to; tariffs and duties imposed on your order. Duties and taxes are more then likely be charged on the items you order. If duties and taxes are placed on your package by customs officials, the fees will be at your expense. *THIS APPLIES TO ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.
Refusing A Package
If your package cannot be delivered; is unclaimed or refused, you are responsible for all costs. The amount of these charges will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.
